Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at contact@swimvee.com as soon as possible after placing your order.
We can only cancel an order before it has been processed, produced, or shipped. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, we are unable to cancel it. However, you may still be able to return your order under our Change of Mind Returns policy once you have received it.
30-Day Change of Mind Returns
We offer a 30-day change of mind return policy from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a change of mind return:
The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase is required, such as your order confirmation email or receipt.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost for change of mind returns.
To start a return, please contact us at contact@swimvee.com. We will provide the correct return address and return instructions.
Please do not send your item back before contacting us, as the return address may vary depending on your location and order.
90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 90-day satisfaction guarantee on eligible Swimvee products.
If you are not satisfied with your product after using it as directed, you may contact us at contact@swimvee.com within 90 days of delivery.
This guarantee may apply even if the product has been opened or used, provided that the product has been used properly and the request is made within the 90-day period.
Proof of purchase is required.
Our 90-day satisfaction guarantee is separate from our 30-day change of mind return policy. Change of mind returns require the product to be unused and in its original condition, while the satisfaction guarantee is intended for customers who have tried the product and are not satisfied with the results.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at contact@swimvee.com as soon as possible.
Please include:
Your order number;
A description of the issue; and
Clear photos or videos showing the problem, where possible.
If the issue is confirmed, we may offer one of the following solutions:
A replacement product;
A refund to your original payment method; or
Store credit of equivalent value.
If the return is due to an error on our part, such as a damaged, faulty, or incorrect product, we will cover the return shipping cost.
Refund Processing
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company or payment provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for change of mind returns:
Items that have been used, washed, damaged, or altered;
Items that are not in their original condition or packaging;
Items returned without proof of purchase;
Gift cards or store credit purchases, where applicable;
Custom-made or personalized items; and
Final sale or special sale items, where clearly stated at the time of purchase.
Please note that used items may still be eligible under our 90-day satisfaction guarantee or faulty product policy, where applicable.
Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
If local laws in your country provide greater rights than those stated in this policy, those rights will apply.
