About the Company
Swimvee is based in Stockholm, Sweden.
If you wish to contact us, please send an email to contact@swimvee.com with your issue and contact details, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Order
Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. In the confirmation, you will find all details about the products, price, billing address, and shipping address.
If there is any error in the order confirmation, you must contact us immediately by email at contact@swimvee.com.
Delivery
Our normal delivery time is 4–10 business days. Please note that orders placed on weekends will be processed at the earliest on the following business day.
Due to high demand with our shipping providers, delays may occur. We ask for your understanding, as this is something beyond our control.
If delivery delays occur and we have not informed you of extended delivery times, please contact us at contact@swimvee.com.
Please note that additional customs, import duties, or VAT fees may apply depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Prices
All prices in the store are listed in SEK unless otherwise stated. Prices may include applicable VAT depending on your location and local regulations.
We reserve the right to change prices due to supplier price changes, errors in the price list, incorrect pricing, or inaccuracies caused by incorrect information. We also reserve the right to adjust prices where necessary.
Right of Withdrawal
When purchasing goods on Swimvee.com, you as a customer may have a right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by email at contact@swimvee.com and receive confirmation from us before returning any product. Otherwise, your return may not be valid.
Your message should clearly state your name, address, email address, order number, and which products the return concerns.
Products should be returned to us as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.
You are responsible for return shipping, delivery, and the condition of the products during the return shipment. Products should therefore be sent well-packaged and, where possible, in their original packaging.
For refunds, we reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to any reduction in value if the product has been used, damaged, or handled more than necessary.
Right of Withdrawal Does Not Apply To
The right of withdrawal may not apply to:
Products that have been sealed for health or hygiene reasons and where the seal has been broken by you;
Custom-made or personalized products made specifically for you or according to your preferences;
Services that have been fully performed, where you explicitly agreed that the service would begin without a right of withdrawal;
Goods that can quickly deteriorate or expire;
Digital products or content where delivery has begun with your consent; and
Other products or services excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
Complaints and Complaints Handling
We inspect all products before they are shipped to you. If a product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered upon arrival, we will handle the matter in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective or incorrect item.
Complaints should be made as soon as possible after the defect has been discovered.
How to Proceed with a Complaint
Any faults or defects must be reported to contact@swimvee.com.
Your email should include:

Your email address;
Your order number; and
A clear description of the defect or issue.
We may also ask you to provide photos or videos showing the issue.
If we are unable to fix the issue or deliver a similar replacement product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
We will cover return shipping costs for approved complaints.
We reserve the right to reject a complaint if the product is not considered defective under applicable consumer protection laws.
In case of complaints, we follow the recommendations of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes, Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden, available at arn.se.
Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for indirect damages that may occur due to the product.
We accept no responsibility for delays or errors resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to force majeure events, labor disputes, fires, wars, governmental decisions, supplier delays, transport disruptions, or reduced or missing delivery from suppliers.
Furthermore, we are not responsible for changes in products or product features that have been altered by suppliers or other factors beyond our control.
Product Information
We reserve the right to correct printing errors, product information errors, and pricing errors on Swimvee.com. We also reserve the right to cancel orders for products that are out of stock.
We do not guarantee that product images always represent the exact appearance of the products, as color differences may occur depending on screen settings, photo quality, and resolution.
We always do our best to display our products as accurately as possible.

In the event of a dispute, we follow the recommendations of ARN or equivalent dispute resolution bodies.
